When Tim Terry gently unearthed the first black truffle on his family farm in 1999, it was the culmination of years of planning, persistence, belief and experimentation. That moment marked the beginning of a passionate obsession that would span generations of the Terry family. Since then, Tasmanian Truffles has grown to become a world-class producer of black truffles and premium truffle products.
Henry Terry was by his father's side when that first truffle was unearthed, and today he and his sister Anna manage Tasmanian Truffles - continuing to grow world-class black truffles on their Deloraine farm, and developing the company's exceptional range of premium truffle products.
Henry and Anna were raised on the fragrance, flavour and love of
black truffles, and they’re deeply passionate about their farm and family and
producing the best possible product. They’re siblings, best friends, and the
devoted heart and hands of Tasmanian Truffles.
