How do I know if you received my order?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and tax invoice.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary according to the products purchased and are not included in the product price. Shipping costs are calculated in your cart before checkout.

What if I didn’t receive my order?

What if I need delivery on a specific date?

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Yes.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately we cannot process online orders to overseas destinations, however please contact us directly via email and we will assess if we can send food product to your country.

Can I make bulk orders?

What payment methods can I use?

We take all major credit cards VISA, MasterCard & American Express. We also accept Paypal, and Direct Deposit (EFT). Please contact us for our Bank Account details for EFT.
