Slow grown in the rich volcanic soils at the foothills of the Great Western Tiers mountain range in Tasmanian's central north, our truffles take shape like fragrant diamonds. This cool and pristine environment provides perfect growing conditions to produce a premium truffle with a richer, sweeter perfume that is preferred by chefs across the globe.

How should I store my truffle?
1. Wrap truffle in fresh paper towel everyday to prolong shelf life.
2. Keep in refrigerator for up to two weeks. We don't recommend freezing truffle - fresh is best!
How big is a truffle?
A truffle around the size of a golf ball is approximately 30g. We can do truffles much larger or smaller than this should there be specific requirements. The size of a truffle isn't a determining factor in aroma or flavour.
How long until I receive my truffle?
We harvest and send fresh truffle on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday every week (weather permitting). Upon order placement, fresh truffle will be sent the next harvest day for overnight delivery. Upon receiving notification that your order has been dispatched, expect arrival in 1-2 business days.

Tasmanian Truffles uses Australia Post for its deliveries. Shipping costs will vary accordingly with the quantity of product purchased, and is automatically calculated in the cart. We aim to dispatch orders the next business day and will typically take 4-6 business days for delivery, depending on shipping destination and the time of year.
